It’s highly recommanded that your ice machine should be cleaned and sanitized at least once every six months by water circuit for efficient operation. Regular cleaning will keep your ice machine running well and look good, please contact your dealer or us for more information.
2. ERROR CODE
1. If the temperature display window on the operation panel indicates an error code or something seems wrong with the unit, check for possible causes according to the following instructions. If the problem still exists, immediately contact an authorized Hoshizaki service company.
2. When contacting a service company, let them know the model name, serial number, date of installation (see warranty card) and state of the trouble.
